Location: Our usual place of work will be at our office, located at 88 Leadenhall Street, London, EC3A 3BP or such other place or places of business in the United Kingdom as we may from time to time require. Reports to: Head of Strategic Partnerships
Working hours: 9:00 am – 5.30 pm Monday to Friday standard working hours, dependent on client demands.

As a leader in innovation funding, we’re looking for a proactive, results-driven Strategic Partnerships Manager to cultivate and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across the VC and PE ecosystem. You’ll be integral to Ayming’s business growth, working closely with leadership and key decision-makers to drive long-term value and impact.

Experience & requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development or partnerships management, ideally within Private Equity, Venture Capital, or R&D sectors.
- Established network within the PE and VC ecosystem, with a proven track record of building and maintaining high-level relationships.
- Experience in closing complex partnership deals and delivering measurable business impact.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) for managing partnerships and tracking deals.
Responsibilities
- Assist with developing and executing a comprehensive partnerships strategy, working closely with the Head of Strategic Partnerships.
- Cultivate, manage, and grow relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the VC and PE ecosystem.
- Leverage your network to identify, qualify, and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with Ayming’s business goals.
- Own the full partnership process, from identifying prospects and closing deals to maintaining and expanding relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, innovation, grants) to ensure seamless partnership integrations, including joint events and co-marketing initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and proactively position Ayming as a partner of choice within the PE/VC space.
- Represent Ayming at key industry events and networking opportunities to strengthen the company’s presence.
