Working hours: 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday standard working hours, dependent on client demands.

This is a very consultative role integral to the company where you will work closely with Ayming UK’s Leadership Team and C-Level executives within a wide range of sectors. Experience and Requirements
- 8+ years in a Business Development or Partner Sales capacity.
- Professional services and/or B2B solution-based sales with experience in pitching to c-suite level prospects.
- Demonstrable experience of consistently hitting new business targets.
- Financial knowledge of corporation tax schemes.
- Bachelor’s degree or academic equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Client facing: Prospecting high-level clients and partner organisations in person and via phone call, while having strong communicative abilities throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Research and preparation: Proactively seek out opportunities to build client portfolio using existing network to close deals with organisations of all sizes.
- Data management: Manage and update the CRM systems on the database and report on sales activity.
- Product expert: Demonstrate updated product knowledge and ensure this is applied within all communications. Able to explain and promote a complex value proposition.
- Vertical focus: Deliver tailored expertise to increase market visibility. Aid marketing in the creation of bespoke content to be used in pitching and acquisition.
- Expertise: An understanding of sales principles. The ability to deliver an excellent client experience, create compelling presentations and host negotiations.

- Dependable: You’ll demonstrate maturity during client engagements and amongst peers.
- Organised: Time management and prioritisation is key as you will need to autonomously manage a client portfolio.
- Excellent communicator: Build strong client relationships through regular communication, clarifying key service details, and maintaining accuracy in responding to clients’ queries.
- Proactive: Independent self-starter with a strategic eye to lead generation. Willing to try new things, research opportunities and innovate in pitches.
- Networker: Have an extensive network and strong ability to create connections to build it further.
