Summary
Ayming UK is seeking a skilled and proactive marketing executive focusing on content management and enablement to join our innovative team in the heart of London. In this pivotal role, you’ll create high-quality proposal materials, manage content tailored for engagement, and support our sales and marketing effort with a robust library of case studies and testimonials. You’ll collaborate with key internal stakeholders to craft compelling narratives that align with our business goals, analyse campaign performance, and provide essential support for sales and marketing activities.

Experience and Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Experience in proposal development, marketing materials design, and/or content creation.
- Strong experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar
- Analytical skills and experience with campaign analysis and reporting.
- Track record of building collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
Responsibilities:
- Proposal Preparation: You’ll collaborate with sales, account management, strategic partnerships, and consulting teams to develop tailored, high-value proposal decks/templates that effectively communicate Ayming’s value proposition and expertise.
- Design and Management of Marketing Materials: You’ll oversee the creation and design of proposal templates, presentations, and other essential sales collateral, ensuring consistency with Ayming’s brand.
- Case Study & Testimonial Library: You’ll develop and manage our library of case studies and client testimonials, showcasing successful client engagements, supporting sales engagement and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel.
- Messaging Matrices: Develop messaging frameworks to address specific client pain points, industry trends, and unique selling propositions aligned with Ayming’s overall value narrative.
- Content Development for Objection Handling: Write and refine content that anticipates and addresses common objections, supporting sales team efforts in client discussions.
- Collaboration with Key Stakeholders: Work closely with sales, account management, strategic partnerships, and consulting teams to ensure alignment on messaging and objectives.
