Job title: HR Manager
Location: London, UK – Office at 88 Leadenhall Street
Working hours: 9am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
Reports to: Group CHRO
Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and drive performance.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Coordinate the recruitment effort and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent in collaboration with our talent acquisition department.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as the main contact for employee relations, fostering a positive work environment and enhancing engagement.
- Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and maintain updated HR policies.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll and benefits, ensuring competitive, compliant, and efficient administration.
- Learning & Development: Identify training needs and implement programs for employee and leadership development.
- HR Analytics & Reporting: Track HR metrics and prepare reports to inform decision-making and evaluate HR initiatives.
- HR team management : Manage and coordinate with the senior HR Generalist
Experience and requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR management, ideally at the HR Manager or HR Director level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; CIPD qualification or similar HR certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment.
- People development oriented.
- Ideally has experience working for a French or French/British company.
