Thomas Ferguson has over 17 years of experience in the food industry, including food service, education, new product development, kitchen design and account management. The diversity of his expertise grants him a well-rounded understanding of the industry, allowing him to effectively support a wide range of our Food & Drink partners.
Naomi Ikeda is a Senior Manager of R&D Tax incentives at Ayming UK and part of the consulting leadership team. Moreover, she has a PhD in Molecular Microbiology as well as a BSc in Biochemistry and Microbiology. Over her time at Ayming, she has worked on numerous claims for our food & beverage clients and has a deep understanding of the sector.
Dr Jonathan Memel leads Ayming’s UK Grants practice. He joined Ayming with seven years’ experience in innovation and research grants. He has worked extensively with the major sources of grant funding for UK businesses, including Innovate UK, the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ), and Horizon Europe.
